User profiles

The chart below describes the structure of our organisation :

Maarch Enterprise allows you to attach a user to several entities with distinct roles.
Each user has particular rights. In this guide, we will use following profiles:

• Bernard Blier to record a mail
• Tony Tong and his colleague Sabrina Saporta for validation and filing production mail
• Patricia Petit for general monitoring of the activity
• Bernard Blier again to manage physical archives
• Bruno Boule for paper archive checkout request

At the end of this tour, you can login in with the account "superadmin" to check how this is configured.
